Email From a Ghost

A Personal Experience By Chris

My name is Chris. I am 15 years old and I am here to tell you a true story of my haunting...

I'm sort of a computer person who likes talking to people on-line and things, and one day, I met a guy online called Jamie. We talked about ourselves and our families; unlucky Jamie's family had died and he wanted a friend. Afterwards he wasn't on-line, but when he left our chat room, my computer screen went all weird, as if it was going to smash, but then after a few seconds it went back to normal.

Later that day, I went on a game Web site, and while I was playing, I could see the reflection of the room from my screen. Suddenly I saw someone behind me. He had brown hair and blue eyes, he looked as if he was between 16 to 20, but he gave me a shiver as if he was evil. I looked behind me but nothing was there and then when I turned back to the screen, he was gone.

A day later, I went to my email and I had one message; it came up on the screen as '”Help Me!” On the bottom of the screen, there was also a bolt of electricity drawn (you know, the one that would come up if your computer screen smashed?). Later, I sat down and watched TV. I turned to the news channel and almost died of fright.

You see, on my email I have a web cam and so did Jamie; on the news was Jamie's face with words scrolling across the bottom of the screen: “Jamie Picor was found dead this morning by his computer.” It was believed that his face was smashed into the computer and it electrocuted him, and that the murderer was a suspect named Alec Nicholson. The person they thought pushed Jamie’s face into his computer screen was the same person who I saw in the reflection of MY computer screen.

“If anyone knows anything, please go to your police station,” boomed the TV, so that’s what I did. The police thought I was insane and threw me out, but I knew Alec Nicholson killed Jamie Picor.
