Ghostly Apparition on the Tulip Staircase

(Click Photo to Enlarge) This photo was taken at the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, England in 1966. A shrouded figure can be seen clutching to the banister of the stairs with both hands. Since the photo was made public, there have been numerous reports of unexplained apparitions and footsteps in the very same area.
